To make an appointment for a group or individual session in person or online on zoom, please pre-pay with PayPal by selecting your pre-pay payment option. PayPal will notify us of your payment. Then we will contact you by email to schedule your appointment date and time. We will also respond to your question(s) for the one email session. Thank you!

For the group or individual session online, a video or mp3 recording is included with the purchase and will be sent to you after the session.
