To meet

One may only be able to communicate from a place of silence. A place of authenticity where the Self is recognized as being at the center of one’s being. When two people can connect from that place of space and detachment, the consciousness is found to be one. A genuine communion happens naturally when one’s consciousness emanates the sound of the universe as a whole. Then the communion becomes a soft melody, a celebration of the immaculate beauty, the unconditional love that embraces everything regardless of shape, color, gender and space. The one becomes the many; and the many is reflected in the one. It is the language of the universal, the body of the sanctified.

How can somebody enter into

How can somebody enter into a state of complete fusion with the cosmos?

The complete fusion with the

The complete fusion with the cosmos is already an actuality! It is the truth! Only the idea of separate existence intervenes with this realization! In order to be one with this fusion the mind has to drop its identification with the “idea” of itself from which spring the thought of separate existence. This is done through acute awareness where the attention is no longer directed towards a particular form or object. At that very moment of emptiness, the vastness of consciousness is revealed to be this fusion with the entire cosmos. But you are not going to know that for there isn’t going to be anybody to witness anything…

We find that there is a

We find that there is a mechanism in operation that takes the dynamic energy of pure consciousness and converts it to thought, which can take the form of spoken language, non-vocal or sub vocal language, or amorphous thought, which is thought without verbal form. All thoughts that take form in words and language are dependent on MEANING for their existence. If words have no meaning, thought-in-words would have no purpose, and would simply cease. Can you recommend a way, a method, of de-constructing the MEANING of words?

The main reason that

The main reason that language has become such an impediment to the understanding of what is real is that we rely on images for our understanding, so we get hooked on those images and become imprisoned by them. We don’t realize that those images are just a way for the mind to go beyond immediate circumstances. The main purpose of those images is to indicate something, but we don’t understand that basic process, which is merely the mechanical functioning of the brain. And since we identify with our bodies, we find ourselves in a position where we cannot look beyond the mere physical implement.

If the mind were to be in a state of emptiness, it would see that those images merely point to something, and are not the thing itself. So therefore, in order to transcend the limitation imposed by language, one must be sure that the language does not interfere with the state of emptiness in which the mind no longer takes anything for granted, neither those things that come from sensory perception, nor those internal phenomena, such as language and conceptual thought, which are products of the functioning of the brain itself. As an image comes through the brain, the mind must be conscious that this is just an image, and not the thing it represents.

In order to be directly connected to the real, the mind cannot rely on images. Only a state of emptiness would naturally insure a connectedness with what is real. Only from that connection can language be used properly. In contrast, if the mind is not connected to what is real, language will only strengthen the illusionary world of images, therefore broadening the gap between what is illusion and what is real.

Language has never been anything other than a tool for communication; it is not the communication itself. For example, if two spirits are to meet, if they are to have a true communication, they must be in the same place, which can only happen within emptiness. Let us say that two people are sitting by a river. They could spend centuries discussing or describing the river, but never touch the reality of the river. The only way to truly experience that river is to become the river. When the mind is in a state of emptiness it can only become the river; in that place of complete union, language becomes futile.

Language is like a map. It is used to represent the terrain, but we would be foolish to mistake the map for the terrain it represents. Behind language, there is not only knowledge, but there are memories. Aside from their practical function, words also exist as catalysts to mental, psychological, and emotional charges - but still, all based on images. Any experiences, on all levels, are associated with images, whether of spoken or unspoken nature. However, there are experiences that do not find expression in words, in verbal conceptual thought, because the mind has no need to give continuity to something that is of another reality - the reality of the infinite.
